  • Tempo Endurance Laps – 3 × 300 m at 75 % race pace with 4-min recovery.
  • Relay Exchange Zone – blind baton hand-offs at incremental speeds.
  • Long-Jump Approach Rhythm – 9-step check-marks; laser-guided take-offs.
  • Mobility & Hurdle Walk-Overs – daily hip-opener routine to stay injury-free.
